Lunar New Year falls on January 29th this year and kicks off 2 weeks of celebrations to welcome in the Year of the Snake. 

My favourite lucky food of the Lunar New Year are dumplings, which are seen as a symbol of wealth thanks to their shape which is said to resemble Chinese ingots. 

So what better way to celebrate the Year of the Snake than with some sweet dumpling themed treats, and some delicious dumplings to cook at home and share with family?
