Come welcome the Year of the Tiger with me and learn how to make some delicious dumplings!
For this year's dumpling workshop, we'll be making pork and chive dumplings together. First we'll prepare and season our filling, then learn 3 different techniques for filling and pleating your dumplings. To finish up, you'll learn how to cook them for that satisfying pot-sticker crisp!
This workshop is on January 30th @ 1:00 PM and is hands-on fun for the whole family. You will have enough filling to make at least 4 dozen dumplings!
